Returns & Exchanges

If your order has arrived and it is not what you expected we are happy to offer you an exchange. You will need to notify us in writing of your request within 14 days of when you purchased your item. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. The cost of postage will be at your own expense unless the item is damaged or is faulty.

Faulty/damaged items:

If your order arrives and an item is faulty or damaged please notify us as soon as possible. We will refund or exchange any items that we agree to be faulty or damaged. All damaged or faulty items must be returned to us before a refund or exchange can be processed. We will also reimburse you for the return postage costs.
